We just finished our Himalaya yatra. Gangotri and Yamumotri are the places we visit at the end.
Gangotri is the place where is the origin of mother Ganga we can found. Gomukh is the place we walk for 18 km through dense forest and in the midst of Himalaya and mother Ganga. It was the day of fasting for Gadadhar Pandit disappearance day up to afternoon, but devotee took prasadam at 8PM because of walking 36 km in one stroke. That was a very nice day for all of us. We took bath at Gomukh. It was an ice cold bath, but when we took bath then felt energized.
Yamunotri means the origin of mother Yamuna. It was just 6 km walk but little stiff. It gives pleasure, because everybody was chanting Radhe Radhe or Hare Krishna.
People on the way took books. We finished our books within few minutes. We took bath at Suraj kund, it was hot and warm. It was not possible for us to reach Saptarshi kund, because there was no way to reach. We arranged the program for devotees to share their feelings after Himalaya tour.
H.G. Akhildhara Prabhu says that he feels indebted towards Prabhupad and HH Loknath Maharaj that due to their mercy only he has completed his journey.
H.G. Yashoda Dulal Prabhu compares this yatra with samudramanthan. He says his desire for yatra was like a desire of itching by Lord Kachhap.
H.G. Badrivishal Prabhu says that this yatra distributes more books than ever. This yatra is possible not by our own efforts but by the mercy of Lord and Guru Maharaj. Real leader is Nitai Gaursunder.
H.G. Chaitanya Chandra Prabhu says that our spiritual master only reveals dham. Association of devotees gives the real pleasure.
H.G. Acharya Prabhu says we are leaving behind the impact of harinam. We distribute near about 343000 worth Laxmi books.
H.G. Shursen Prabhu from Mayapur says that I am an old padayatri and I always want to attach with padayatra.
H.G. Abhiram Gaur Prabhu from Puri says it was my desire since childhood to visit Himalaya and it fulfilled by padayatra. Before I was thinking I am a good devotee and others are bad but now I think opposite.
H.G. Brijvijay Prabhu from Mayapur says i was always planning to visit Himalaya but due to low bp everybody was discouraging but i pray to lord Shiva that i want to visit Himalaya. One day on the way in Himalaya he got a dream early in the morning that Radha Madhav from Mayapur are merging into Nitai Gaursunder and he got energy to walk.
Bhakta Pankaj from Hariyana says I do Himalaya yatra without spending a single rupee. If we collect all wealth from the whole world we can’t get such experience. He distributed lot of books and Prabhupad spent his money for books which were meant for his eating.
H.G. Golok Prabhu says we feel distress because we can’t see lord there.
H.G. Satyavrita Prabhu says that people are ready to take books and Harinam but we have to out.
