With the Divine Grace of Sri Sri Nitai Gaurasundara, His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada, and under the guidance of His Grace Nrsimha Caitanya Prabhu and inspired by His Grace Rajaram Prabhu, the Czech Padayatris embarked on yet another spiritually enriching journey with our cherished bullock cart. This year marks the joyous occasion of our 30th Padayatra, a tradition that commenced in 1993 when devoted souls from the Czech farm, led by Rajaram Prabhu, initiated the Padayatra as a festival for peace. Their journey took them to the heart of České Budejovice, a regional city, echoing their devotion and commitment to spreading the message of harmony.
In honor of this auspicious anniversary, we joyfully retraced the steps of that inaugural journey, once again walking to the revered city of České Budejovice. Commencing our expedition in Pisek, where our previous Padayatra concluded two years ago, we embarked on a two-week sojourn, gracing 11 villages, towns, and a regional city with 12 captivating cultural programs. Along the way, our dedicated troupe traversed numerous villages, radiating the vibrations of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra to all corners of the land.
Accompanied by our spirited Harinam Sankirtan party, we exultantly distributed 2,253 transcendental books, 1,070 plates of sanctified Prasadam, 1,395 pieces of soaring bananas, and 410 delectable cookies. Our collective efforts harmoniously included the participation of a daily average of 60 devoted souls walking with us, each brimming with enthusiasm, as we journeyed to the regional city with our hearts fully immersed in the joyous chanting of the divine names of Sri Sri Nitai Gaurasundara. The Padayatra was enlivened by special guests, H.G. Vishujana Prabhu and the Kirtan Ruci kirtan party, who journeyed to Czech to join in.
Throughout the entire Padayatra, we felt the tender presence of Lord Sri Sri Nitai Gaurasundara, guiding and nurturing us at every step. This celestial pilgrimage, infused with the divine magic of their love, was akin to a sweet dream outside of our normal material experiences, replete with ecstatic moments and boundless bliss.
