The All India padayatris started their char dhama yatra from Haridwar on May 10, 2022, heading for Badrinath dhama via Joshimath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri, and lastly arriving at Gangotri on June 18. From Gangotri, we negotiated the steep downhill walk back to Haridwar and on June 20 returned to our preaching journey.

Padayatra headed south from Haridwar stopping at Bijnor where we celebrated the disappearance day of Srila Bhakti Vinod Thakur. There are some ISKCON devotees at Bijnor who welcomed us and joined us for the festival. From Bijnor we will go to Shukratal village and take darshan of the exact place where Sukadeva Goswami spoke the Srimad-Bhagavatam to Maharaja Pariksit before moving on towards Hastinapur.

Keeping the chariot at Hastinapur we will then head to Pandharpur dhama for the Vyasa-puja celebration of our beloved spiritual master, Lokanath Maharaja, and then walk towards Delhi where we will observe Janmashtami at ISKCON’s Noida temple. From there we will march to Kanpur, Chitrakut, and Ayodhya dhama.

Jai Sri Rama.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
