Padayatra stayed for six days in Shri Shri Radha Govinda temple Iskcon Ahmedabad. Every day we made morning and evening house programs at homes of devotees from congregation. On Sunday we went on Nagar kirtan with devotees from Padayatra and the temple. His Grace Yasomati Nandan Prabhu (Disciple of Srila Prabhupada and president of Iskcon Ahmedabad) and devotees gave us nice accommodation and prasadam facility with great care. Devotees from congregation also helped Padayatra in many ways. Whole Gujarat is now in festive mood of celebrating Uttarayan (Makar Sankranti) on 14th January. There is also kiting festival on the bank of Sabarmati river on international level. On last day of our visit we made whole day Sankirtan from the Iskcon temple led by HG Yasomati nandan Prabhu for some time. Congregational devotees also walked with Padayatra and took part in kirtan and book distribution.
