A long-cherished desire of our spiritual master Lokanath Maharaja to have padayatra in every state is going to be fulfilled. This padayatra would start from Sri Mayapur dham and walk towards Jagannath Puri dhama. It would be inaugurated on Radhaastami September 14th. It was going to start long back but due to Covid pandemic that was not possible. Maybe that was Lord’s desire.
Our most famous All India padayatra also started on Radhastami 1984. Uttar Pradesh padayatra also started on Radhastami 2019. So padayatra has strong connection with the auspicious Radhastami. Without the mercy of Srimati Radharani we can never achieve Lord Krishna. So, taking mercy of Srimati Radharani Bengal padayatra will be inaugurated on Radhastami. It will be an offering to Srila Prabhupada on his 125th birth anniversary. Also, it’s Lords arrangement that it is being inaugurated in World Holy name festival. Thus, padayatra would be instrumental in preaching the holy name.
The tractor, trolley and chariot are ready. The beautiful deities of Sri Sri Nitai Gaurasundar are also ready to march ahead in Their preaching mission. Dhirnayak Dasa, a former All India padayatra will be the leader of this padayatra.
